Returns Period
- We offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your order.
Conditions for Returns
- Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.
- We are unable to accept returns for items that have been damaged or altered by your pet, including items that have been chewed or otherwise mishandled.
Reporting Damage or Issues
- All items are quality checked prior to dispatch to ensure they meet our high standards.
- If your product arrives damaged or faulty, you must report the issue to us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include photographs of the damaged item(s) and the packaging to help us resolve the matter promptly.
Additional Information
- We reserve the right to refuse returns if the item does not meet the above conditions.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, certain pet products may not be eligible for return unless faulty.
